Allen Mueller, President
Mr. Mueller has 12 years of experience in real estate
market research and due diligence. Mr. Mueller has
performed extensive analyses that have aided clients
in evaluating commercial tenant credit risks and
economic risks to investment in individual
submarkets. He has extensive experience in the
utilization of GIS (Geographic Information System)
mapping to address demand/supply dynamics
associated with multifamily, retail, office and
industrial properties. Overall, Mr. Mueller has
considerable experience relating to investigation of
office, industrial, parking facility, apartment, and retail
assets.
Prior to starting US Property Advisors, Mr. Mueller
was Western Region Director for Real Estate
Counselors International, Inc. Mr. Mueller has
considerable experience as a real estate consultant
to institutional investors and large companies in
related industries.
Prior to joining RECI Mr. Mueller held the position of
Senior Associate at Delta Associates - Midwest, the
research subsidiary of Transwestern Commercial
Services, performing real estate market research
and investment research for Transwestern as well as
various institutional clients.
Mr. Mueller has held management positions at other
large real estate organizations throughout his career
including Market Research Manager at First Industrial
Realty Trust, Manager at Equity Group Investments,
LLC., and Analyst at The Balcor Company. At these
firms, he developed portfolio-monitoring tools and
performed due diligence for real estate and
corporate M & A activities.
Mr. Mueller holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University in
Chicago in both Finance and Economics. Mr.
Mueller also holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana
University in Bloomington, Indiana.
